My Ongoing Journey from Flab to Fit

Here is a week at a glance workout log that I created based on some of the most useful data to me personally. Feel free to print and use if it suits you as well. The Cardio/Class section can let you log things like a jog, elliptical, treadmill, or if you attended a fitness class. The Exercise section is where I plan on logging any weight training style of exercise, there is a circuit of machines at the gym I will use fairly regularly, so week 1 may be mostly chest, shoulders and arms where my week 2 could be legs, and back. After a few weeks I will be able to quickly see where I’ve improved and where I need to push myself more. I will be adding a weekly summary/goals log and a few other forms (meal tracker?) as I figure out what the best elements are that I want to include.

I went to Chapter’s to look through the exercise/nutrition section and made up my own chart based on the standard stuff I found, feel free to use if you like it! I’ll be adding another one for tracking exercises as well.
